Job Summary
You will lead the full spectrum of finance operations across Hong Kong, China, and SEA, encompassing financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax planning, and internal control governance.
Operationally, you will regularly visit production sites, restructure and lead regional finance teams, establish standardized operating procedures, and manage insurance coverage and payment approvals to safeguard the organization's interests.
You will drive system and process improvements by leading ERP evaluations, optimizing business workflows, and introducing automation to increase efficiency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CPA
15+ years relevant manufacturing experience
At least 5 years in managerial or regional finance leadership role
