Job Summary
The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of quality candidates for part-time and seasonal roles.
This role is responsible for creating recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and participating in job fairs to obtain necessary candidates.
Candidates must be able to travel within the immediate market to facilitate recruitment events and marketing efforts during the February-October season.
