Job Summary

  • As Regional Service Manager, you are ultimately responsible for all service-related activities in Noord-Nederland, leading a service team of approximately 60 FTE and the service workshop in Emmeloord.
  • You will develop a local action plan derived from the broader business plan and SMT strategy, and ensure its realization together with your team by coaching, motivating, and providing clear direction.
  • This role offers direct influence on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and profitability within the service result area of Noord-Nederland.
