QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to join its Enterprise Solutions team, responsible for providing end-user support for various Yardi systems. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in supporting Yardi modules and familiarity with service desk operations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for providing end user support for Yardi Voyager, its connected modules and monitor other connections to the ERP, linked systems.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving support requests and incidents, validating accuracy and UAT for scripts, and collaborating with vendors to implement long-term solutions.
