Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Sciences
  • 7 years industry related Sales experience
  • 3 years managing/mentoring sales organization
  • Ability to leverage adult learning theory
  • Capacity using metrics and KPIs
  • Reside within Central US territory
  • Willing to invest 50% travel
