Mericalherbs is seeking an Associate Director for Business Insights and Analytics with expertise in data science to drive customer engagement and market strategy within the Digital Human Health area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of healthcare analytics, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Job Summary

  • The Associate Director will partner with the Digital Human Health (DHH) area to use and apply data to produce actionable insights that drive greater customer and market comprehension.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in predictive models & prescriptive analytics, and GenAI/AI models, as well as agentic frameworks and as trusted advisor to inform commercial customer engagement decisions.
  • The salary range for this role is $156,900.00 - $247,000.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements
