Job Summary
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to act as the right-hand man/woman to a production supervisor in a Zone Autonome de Production dedicated to manufacturing high-performance dual-clutch systems.
The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives such as SMED, 5S, and TPM while managing the daily performance of a team of 30 operators on complex machinery.
Candidates will gain hands-on experience in operational excellence, production planning, and quality assurance within a global automotive leader focused on sustainable mobility solutions.
