Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and benefits.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, and organize and implement In-Service education programs for staff to ensure competency.
  • Supervise staff, provide direct resident/patient care, and participate in facility surveys and government agency inspections.
