Job Summary

• The Engineering Project Team Leader manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving several functions and, in some cases, multiple sites.
• This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional resources, driving disciplined execution, managing cost and schedule performance, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle of the full SWL product portfolio (910-938).
