Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in Health and Welfare Consulting
  • 5 years as an account lead
  • Experience with upper middle market clients (500-5,000 lives)
  • C-level negotiation, business development, and relationship management experience
  • Prior direct and matrix management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
