Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent work experience
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience
• Experience driving consensus without authority
• Experience designing and implementing large scale systems
• Proficient in one or more high-level programming languages (Go, Python, Rust, C/C++, NodeJS)
• Effective collaboration and feedback skills
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
