The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. along with at least three years of relevant experience, and should be technically proficient in building maintenance.

Job Summary
Operate, monitor, repair and maintain the facility’s audio-visual, environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC and lighting systems.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, wall repair, patching, re-lamping, replacing ceiling tiles, filters and belts as required.
Respond to routine, precautionary and emergency alarms from building automation and life safety systems.
