Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Supervisory experience in AS9100 factory
  • Knowledge of CORE methodologies and KPIs
  • Technical competency with touch labour
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Experience with production systems and processes

Nice-to-have

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Post-secondary degree in STEM or related field
  • Experience coaching group leads

Key Requirements

  • Completion of Post-Secondary in STEM or 5-10 years equivalent experience
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident with 5 years residence
  • Prior supervisory experience considered an asset
  • AS9100 factory environment experience preferred
