Residents benefit from therapeutic and recreational activities that support their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. For individuals requiring care only during the day, we offer half-day or full-day programs at our Day Rehabilitation Centre. Operations Oversee the multidisciplinary team, ensuring proper training, guidance, and adherence to policies: Collaborate with the team to maintain Disability Home/Day Rehabilitation Centre guidelines by drafting or updating policies and procedures. Ensure smooth operations by coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies. Uphold quality of care by interpreting the Home’s standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, monitoring health outcomes, and recommending adjustments. Manage HR functions or liaise with outsourced partners to ensure sufficient staffing. Support financial objectives by preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. 2. Supervisory Manage administrative and HR responsibilities for assigned departments: Supervise teams across Nursing, Admin, Operations, Volunteer, and Donor Management functions.
