The successful candidate will function as a member of the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) group to improve project delivery using Building Information Modeling.
Responsibilities include creating detailed fabrication models for planning, design, coordination, and prefab of electrical work while supporting 4D sequencing efforts.
The role requires mentoring project personnel in various BIM software packages and supporting the implementation of VDC applications on-site.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years electrical field experience
Intermediate to advanced Autodesk Revit skills
Knowledge of BIM concepts and clash detection
Experience with prefabricated modular solutions
Proficiency in Navisworks and AutoCAD
Nice-to-have
CMiC knowledge preferred
Journeyman's license a plus
Ability to mentor project personnel
Experience with laser scanning and drone operations
Flexible team-oriented mindset
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years electrical field experience
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
Hands-on experience driving VDC adoption on large capital projects
