Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Proficiency with calipers and optical comparators
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Experience reading technical drawings and GD&T
Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards
Nice-to-have
Problem-solving for continuous improvement
Cross-training and mentoring capabilities
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience with Oracle system transactions
Customer portal usage (SQM, eCert)
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience preferred
Associate degree in inspection may substitute for experience
Ability to work night shifts
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred
