The Operations and Visual Manager is responsible for bringing ALO’s operational and visual strategy to life in the store, focusing on inventory management, labor planning, and visual execution to drive an efficient and effective store operation.
Key responsibilities include overseeing operational and visual processes, investigating inventory accuracy issues, championing strong visual standards using business data, and supporting sell-through management.
This role also involves acting as a Business Leader, representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and business data in partnership with the General Manager, and planning for optimal performance.
