Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Proficiency in NX CAD software
Knowledge of reliability engineering principles
Experience with process validation and verification
Nice-to-have
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
Experience with additive manufacturing and robotics
Proven track record in space manufacturing setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to onboard MES, PLM, and ERP systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience
