The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal lead for structuring and negotiating alliances involving technology, data, and AI/ML.

Must-have
U.S. law degree and active US bar license
8+ years legal experience in pharma/biotech
Experience advising on complex M&A transactions
In-house lawyer experience serving business partners
Team leadership experience in matrix or direct relationships
Nice-to-have
Understanding of legal issues around Tech, Data, and AI
Scientific background in biology or chemistry
Ability to prioritize and shift priorities quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Key Requirements
U.S. Law degree
Active US bar license
At least 8 years practicing as a lawyer
Significant experience in pharmaceutical M&A and licensing
