[Job ID: 1606047] Job Summary: An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveying professional to manage project costs, contracts, claims, and subcontractor coordination. Responsibilities: Manage project cost control, including progress and variation claims to monitor milestones and scope changes. Handle procurement activities, including selection of contractors and suppliers in line with project requirements. Assess and verify subcontractor payment claims to ensure contractual and project compliance. Review main contracts and sub-contracts, identify issues, and manage related correspondence and final accounts. Assist in the preparation of claims related to time extensions, cost adjustments, and project delays with proper documentation. Maintain project records and progress updates using internal systems such as OA and SAP. Attend project and coordination meetings to provide updates and operational support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or project cost management. Proven experience in handling project costs, claims, procurement, and subcontractor management. Familiarity with contract administration, final account preparation, and claims documentation. Ability to use internal systems and standard project reporting tools for tracking and documentation. Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
