Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to state laws regarding protected health information and patient safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and accurately recording vital signs and food intake.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with lifting and moving patients
Ability to work flexible part-time or PRN shifts
Strong communication skills with nursing staff
Proficiency in documenting care on flow sheets
