Responsibilities include administering medications, managing care plans, participating in facility surveys, and maintaining accurate charting and documentation for all residents.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
