Job Summary
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science seeks a tenure-track faculty member to conduct research and teaching in semiconductor device design and fabrication, particularly using SiC for harsh environments and high voltage applications.
This position is part of a new Multi-User Silicon Carbide Research and Fabrication Laboratory (MUSiC) and will leverage extensive university research facilities, including HiDEC and NCREPT.
Successful candidates will establish a vigorous, externally funded research program, demonstrate commitment to teaching and mentoring, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the MUSiC facility.
