The successful candidate will lead a transformation of the IMPACT function, embedding new bid enablement tools and managing a hybrid delivery model across onshore, offshore, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in professional services, strong project management skills, and demonstrated ability to lead change programs within complex matrix structures.
