Job Summary
As an intern, you will assist the head of the repair network in monitoring the repair and refurbishment activities of our mobility products (Smartphones and tablets).
You will also be in contact with other divisions of Samsung Electronics France for the launch of new products and will be involved in process improvement for repair monitoring, refurbishment, and product launches.
Your responsibilities include describing detailed responsibilities to the head of the repair network, monitoring all certified service providers, and tracking the refurbishment process and new product launches.
