Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • eBOM to mBOM translation in PLM/ERP
  • Stage-Gate process management for BESS
  • PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis experience
  • Bill of Process configuration in ERP
  • Engineering Change Management protocols

Nice-to-have

  • Greenfield or Start-Up environment experience
  • IATF 16949 framework familiarity
  • World Class Manufacturing standards application
  • Multi-cultural cross-functional collaboration
  • High-voltage system knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years in high-growth manufacturing environment
  • Experience in battery manufacturing sector preferred
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) proficiency required
