  • Analisi mensile degli scostamenti del Conto Economico gestionale rispetto al budget e anno precedente.
  • Interazione con le funzioni aziendali di staff e i responsabili dei reparti produttivi per la raccolta dati e l'interpretazione degli scostamenti.
