The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately while ensuring a calm and supportive environment.
