  • Candidates will build a repeatable engagement playbook and eventually recruit and lead a team of digital solution consultants.

Must-have

  • 10+ years presales or solution consulting experience
  • Deep energy industry domain expertise
  • Hands-on cloud and edge architecture skills
  • Industrial automation fluency with DCS/SCADA
  • Ability to present to C-suite and engineers

Nice-to-have

  • MBA degree preferred
  • Experience building presales practices
  • Familiarity with decarbonization use cases
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese
  • Existing network with EPCs in Americas

Key Requirements

  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required

  • B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications
  • 10+ years client-facing technical role experience
  • Azure/AWS Architect or ISA/IEC 62443 certification
