Job Summary

  • The Electronic Learning Development Specialist reports to the Principal Investigator of the 988 Lifeline Training Series grant and is responsible for managing asynchronous trainings for the 988 Lifeline Training Series and other projects as assigned for the 988 Lifeline Training Series grant.
  • This position is responsible for converting live trainings into asynchronous trainings and for creating asynchronous certificate programs, ensuring that all asynchronous 988 trainings meet all continuing education board certification standards for three registration boards.
  • The position communicates with all presenters for asynchronous 988 trainings as needed, handles contracts for external presenters for 988 asynchronous trainings through the university process, gathers presenter payment information and liaises with HR for approval of payment for internal asynchronous presenters, and is responsible for ensuring accessibility accommodations for participants for asynchronous 988 trainings.
