Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
