Avangrid is seeking a Team Member for their Complaints Team in Glasgow, responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints related to network performance. The position offers a starting salary of £27,498 per annum with a shift pattern from 12 noon to 8 pm, transitioning to a hybrid work model after the probationary period

Job Summary

  • Working in the Complaints Team, our role is to engage with our customers, understand their experiences and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
  • Manage and respond to customer complaints/enquires relating to quality of supply issues in line with the agreed customer contact process and with awareness of our targets set by Ofgem for complaints.
