Job Summary Support the Project Manager by supervising and coordinating M&E services to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and safety compliance while collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate M&E services to ensure project milestones are met within the programme timeline Collaborate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and align project requirements Coordinate detailed M&E work with specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges Enforce compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations on site Monitor and ensure the quality of M&E works meets project specifications and safety standards Liaise with statutory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives Required competencies and certifications Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in Main Contractor roles involving M&E works Strong knowledge and proactive attitude towards workplace safety Ability to liaise effectively with statutory authorities WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites certification (mandatory) WSQ Manage Work At Height certification (mandatory)
