Develop and promote a Safety Culture in the workplace and in the Americana unit, with the purpose of reducing risks that may generate work accidents and occupational diseases in all areas of the Americana unit and in compliance with Portaria nº 3.214/78 of the Ministry of Labor.
Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards applicable to business activities; Conduct risk assessment of routine and non-routine work, release of Work Permits in the field at Site Evonik and safety inspections.
Manage the team of brigadistas through practical and theoretical training, drills, and monthly brigade meetings; Be responsible for the emergency brigade equipment room and all equipment that makes up the emergency response system.
