Salary

Bonus/Equity: $5,000 Sign on bonus for full time (1.0 FTE); Part time are also eligible for a prorated bonus based on FTE.

Key Requirements

  • Current Wisconsin RDH Licensure
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Six months to one year related experience
  • Knowledge of Scope of Practice per Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Licensure
  • Knowledge of ethics, jurisprudence and patient confidentiality
  • Understanding of OSHA Hazard Communication standard
  • Understanding of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard
  • Understanding of CDC guidelines
  • Understand insurance guidelines for allowable services
