Base: $123,000 - $205,000 OTE; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term incentives and long-term equity; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Professional Services experience
3+ years Epic integration experience
Design and deploy EHR integrations
Develop complex HL7 and FHIR workflows
Ensure HIPAA and HITECH compliance
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German
Experience building conversational agents
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems
Proficiency in Visio or Lucid Chart
Strong executive stakeholder management skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical field
3+ years hands-on Epic integration
Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH frameworks
Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or MUMPS
