Must-have
5-7 years progressive HR experience
Employee relations and complaint investigation
Knowledge of local and international labor laws
Valid passport for international travel
Ability to pass contract medical requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience in austere OCONUS environments
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Understanding of government contracting
Experience with DoD client programs
Solid understanding of safety culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
