The role focuses on providing strength-based interventions to promote recovery and increase coping skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Staff will facilitate relationships between clients, families, guardians, and local agencies while minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence.
