Job Summary

  • As a Ground Operations Agent, you will be the primary communication link between ground operations and our customers.
  • Coordinate the delivery of various aircraft service functions for airline customers while the aircraft is at the gate, including de-icing, lavatory dumping, and refueling.

Key Requirements

  • Six months aviation ground handling experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Complete ramp and SIDA training
  • Secure Customs Seal if required
