Key Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active unrestricted license or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/CCMA/RMA) with current certification
Minimum two years of direct LPN or CMA practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire
Mandatory Reporter – Child & Dependent Adult Abuse certification within 6 months of hire
