Define architecture standards, policies, and frameworks to support automation aligned with enterprise infrastructure and security policies.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design workshops, and stay current with ServiceNow releases to recommend new features relevant to customer service and operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
8–12 years IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture
Two ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSDM, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM)
Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, AngularJS
Proven integration experience using REST/SOAP and Mid Servers
