Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling for LCSW role
  • Current Utah licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent
  • Utah licensure as Social Service Worker or Substance Use Disorder Counselor
  • Five years directly related work experience if no specific license held
  • Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background check
