Must-have

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering degree
  • 8-10 years civil engineering experience
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency required
  • Roadways and site design expertise
  • Contract negotiation and dispute resolution

Nice-to-have

  • ProjectWise and Bluebeam knowledge preferred
  • SharePoint and MS Project skills a plus
  • Texas PE license or ability to obtain
  • Experience with federal and military projects
  • Strong public speaking and persuasive ability

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience (2 as PM) or 10 years (4 as PM)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Ability to obtain Texas PE license within 6 months
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Experience with stormwater management and earthwork
