Job Summary

  • Lead the Value Creation team developing key Solution Architects by identifying, quantifying, and packaging impact driven opportunities across clinical, quality, operational, and financial domains within healthcare systems.
  • Partner closely with the C-suite and senior executives at provider organizations to align on value, feasibility, and risk, and collaborate with Sales and the Value Engineering team to shape, accelerate, and scale opportunities.
  • Build and mature the practice with standard work, playbooks, and performance dashboards to drive scalable solutions and recruit, onboard, and develop the Value Creation team.
