Must-have
BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
10+ years engineering experience
5+ years leadership experience
Gas turbine compressor component experience
Teamcenter Unigraphics NX ANSYS proficiency
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering or MBA
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Experience with hybrid electric testing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to lead non-collocated teams
