Job Summary
The Quality Operations Coordinator is accountable for delivering excellent support and service to our PACE market operations through a process of record review, ensuring a complete and accurate participant medical record.
Duties will include collecting data, auditing participant electronic health records (EHRs) by utilizing tools specific to the area of quality improvement, complete reporting, and confirming all regulatory required elements.
