Job Summary

  • Own and optimize end-to-end customer journeys for key investment propositions, identifying growth opportunities and turning insights into impactful improvements.
  • Lead complex, cross-team projects such as website experience improvements, content quality initiatives, and chatbot enhancements, ensuring smooth delivery through alignment with Product Owners, UX, Brand & Communications, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership.
