Salary
RT II Pay Range: $36.50 - $48.84 per hour; RT III Pay Range: $36.50 - $50.71 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Requirements
Associate degree in respiratory care
CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC
3 years of previous job-related experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC
Completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
