Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be expected to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure that a sufficient number of licensed personnel are available to maintain quality care.
This role requires active participation in developing care plans, conducting resident assessments, and collaborating with physicians, families, and committees to ensure continuity of the residents' total regimen of care.
