Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
12-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
10 years of managerial experience in engineering
Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic maintenance programs
Strong experience with digital transformation initiatives
Deep knowledge of maintenance methodologies
Demonstrated success in leading large multicultural teams
